Him and Povetkin should fight each other.

What needs to happen is America and the rest of the world needs to "come clean" like Jeru Da Damaja
and be honest about the benefits and side effects of PEDs.
It's good in moderation and in my opinion it makes sports fun and watchable. Baseball was at an all-time high when McGwire and Bonds were hitting home runs. Boxing was birthing new stars in the early 2000s with the rise of Pacquiao through the weight divisions . It's just more exciting when athletes are at their maximum peak.
Ortiz is 40 something, he needs that **** just to hit the bags man.

This is a really turning into a distasteful thread. He did **** up, it's possibly the end of his career at his current age - no one with anything to lose are likely to fight him as he's likely to beat them. As with most of the ones with anything to lose.

I am 90% sure this was bad management as opposed to actual substance abuse, and that comes down to Ortiz and/or his management team. WBC can't be blamed for doing what they have, and realistically as much as people like to hate him - I don't think Wilder should be taken to task for this either.

Ortiz is in no man's land now. Ortiz got impatient and paid for it. He should've waited and forced his mandatory status against Joshua. Now none of the titleholders have any reason to fight Ortiz.

Who gonna fight him aj almost got knocked out off a shot fighter so his gonna get as many paydays as he can before he has to fight a tough fight because that hype train is gonna need soon he very lucky wilder is just pathetic enough said Parker is the most likely because it seem his willing to fight tough fights but his just staying active waiting for the aj fight so don't see him ever been a champion or even fighting a champion

Wilder was afraid of Ortiz, Ortiz was a threat, Wilder signed to fight Ortiz knowing Ortiz would be framed. Blood pressure medicine is not a PED and was proven. VADA and WBC are here to protect Wilder. Povetkin was cleared by VADA for the Wilder fight, but the WBC still would not allow Povetkin to knock Wilder out. Wilder has had 5 voluntary title defenses. Somebody explain how Stiverne got ranked. Joshua will knock Wilder out, if Wilder fights him. Ortiz could have fought Joshua, he would have been allowed to fight him, blood pressure meds not a problem.

With my crystal ball I can see in Ortiz's future a rematch with the mighty Dave Allen !

    Basically, he's Bolivian "Tyson voice"

In all honesty, I seriously doubt most of these boxers
have any clue whatsoever they are putting into their bodies
and how it effects tests. Not saying ignorance is an excuse
but let's be honest. I personally blame his handlers and "people"
around him, there should be someone on his team with enough
sense to be able to look out for situations like this that may
    affect Ortiz adversely.

At his age, and the semi-opportunities given, this may be
the end of the road for him, I mean, who the hell wants
to fight a highly skilled, Cuban southpaw with good power
and a chin? The risk/reward ratio for fighting Ortiz is foolhardy
for anyone in the top 10 if they don't have a reason to.

He should go to Stiverne and ask how much it cost for him to get a pass, as well as which subway locker to drop off the duffel bag of cash.

I'd say that guys over 40 are allowed TRT and ****. I hate seeing my favourite fighters slowly slip down the crapper inch by inch.
