So what do the Broner nut huggers have to say about him missing weight?

Broner apologizing would have changed nothing. The truth of the matter is he even said he wanted the fight at 135 but Esocobedo wanted it at 130 obviously because he wanted the title. Broner's people probably knew Broner was going to struggle to make the weight from the get go but they wanted the fight so they said yes. Should Broner have made the weight ? Yes. Should his people have put him in that position? No. Does Broner get the blame? Absolutely. But he is going to continue to have fans and be in bigger and bigger fights so DEAL WITH IT.

pac actually tried to make the 1 pound that he missed by sweating it out and not eating anything. broner was actually tweeting his twinkies and ice cream bars. pac was actualy even forced to wear a heavier gloves as a penalty.

He missed weight, was penalized, the fighters renegotiated their deals...not all that uncommon is it?

No, it isn't. But that's usually after one goes back to TRY and make weight, which broner didn't even attempt to do. And THEN agreeing to weigh no more then 140, which he again didn't even try.

Who gives a **** you make weight or you don't...I mean this is getting ****ing stupid. So if he had apologized or came out all sweaty and acted like he was trying to make weight would it matter in the grand scheme of things? You miss weight, you miss weight...you suffer penalties, renegotiate, end of story. One is no more "noble" than the other, you make it or miss regardless of the schrade around it. It's unprofessional and gay, but it's not exclusive to Broner...

If you want a dog and pony show so be it, but the reality is whether he looked like it or not, he was obviously in shape and had cut weight...if not he wouldn't have rehydrated up to 145 or whatever. The theatrics surrounding it mean nothing, you make it or you dont...IMO.

Most commissions won't even allow a fighter to even attempt to lose that much weight. More than likely he wasn't even given a second chance to weigh in.

Lol...oh well if he "tried" that makes it ok, **** outta here with the "Oh but that's different" excuses. Manny has missed weight more than once whether he "tried" or not means **** all...he missed weight, point blank. As has EM, PBF, Canelo, etc etc etc.
