He was here illegally, was notified he had to return to Mexico which in itself is not a problem. But his mistake was not getting a Visa to comeback, he came illegally, so he was ordered to return to Mexico. As a result of that the State department will not issue him a Visa to come back legally. I think its bull**** because his Promoter Shaw has the resources to sponsor him to obtain a resident card or visa prior to all this happening and elminating the need of him coming over illegally.

Hell I was able to sponsor some one with my business, and I don't have 1/10th the paper that Shaw has. I think Shaw is going to use Angulo's new found position to re-noegotiate him into a slave contract.

What I don't get though is that if Angulo still wanted to box I am more than sure he could of fought in Canada, on the Bute, or even Pascal undercards, or even in Mexico, Tijuana, Los Mochis, Monterey all have great boxing venues.....So I am perplexed by his inactivity.......Also HBO dropped him because recently, with the Dream act drama, and the Amnesty issues here in the States, they did not want to be perceived as a company that was knowingly employing and hiring an illegal alien. It was all politically motivated. I think he should jump ships to Top Rank and he would be getting Latin Fury PPV bouts out of Mexico, or on telefutura or something...... but who knows......:huh

I also forgot the issue that he got too greedy and wanted more money for his last fight. Turned it down. Bad move on him..

He's f*cked unless somebody is willing to fight him in Mexico.

There was an interview on the scene a few months back in which he claims the whole ordeal was blown way out of proportion. Who knows though.
