In a perfect world it will be PBF vs. Mosely or Mosely vs. Williams but its a longshot.

Cotto vs Margo II seems so insignificant now, Margo's entire career is in doubt and a rematch between these 2 wont do much for narrowing the division.

Margo will never beat Mosely and aslong as Mosely is the man of the division, Margo is irrelevant.

Perhaps Cotto vs. Clottey next while Mosely fights an easy fight with Judah.

Im stumped to what happens next after tonight?

I think it will be hard to have a real welterweight champion, I mean one guy who can beat all of them, just question of style - Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, Williams, Clottey, Pacquiao?, Mayweather?...

I say Mosley will rematch Cotto, and the winner fights Pac in a superfight (after he beats Hatton). Pac could have beaten Marg tonight, but like I said I didn't really believe it was him. If it was...pac would have destroyed him worse than De la Hoya.
So, here's what I see happening:
    Mosley/ Cotto (probably Mosley)
    Pac/ Hatton (Pac)
    THEN
    Mosley/ Pac (pac)

Floyd defintitely comes out of retirement at this point to fight pac.

Mosley will fight Cotto again and lose, Cotto will rematch with Margo and lose, and then Margo will fight P. Williams and lose.:patsch
