So what will you say after Floyd commits the biggest duck in boxing history? It's pretty hard to defend a case like that, but I'm sure you have watched enough X-files to come up with new conspiracies.

Most of them will defend their idol, no matter what. And they wont run out of arguments. Some will get exasperated with him though, and they will be very vocal about it!

I predict a drop off rate of about 10%.

The other 90% will just keep it cool until his name resurfaces.

the usual. floyd won't sign something that came from arum. pac did not approve of floyd's 60/40 and olympic style testing. floyd doesn't need pacquiao, he wins all the fantasy fights so he doesn't need to fight pacquiao to prove he can beat him in real life. pac is all smoke and mirrors and a fraud.

Why don't you "impartial" fans wait to you hear the terms of the contract before you decide who is ducking who?

Because if it comes out that Arum sent Floyd a contract with the 14 days and 50/50 purse, then I would be inclined to say Pac ducked.

If Arum sent a contract with say 55/45 split for floyd and maybe a 7 day cutoff, and Floyd don't sign....then yes, Floyd ducked his ass.

The truth is this: Pac IS NOT afraid of needles, Shane NEVER complained that the testing weakened him. It was an "inconvenience" some days, but who gives a ****. So Pac has no REAL reason not to do the testing. I understand negotiating leverage and all but at the end of the day, if he doesn't at least meet in the middle of 14 and day of fight, then he isn't trying to make the fight. And don't say he has already come down, because that is bull****, Floyds demands last time started with "day of fight' as well. And the proof is in the puddin', why couldn't pac do 14 days last time, but he can this time....I thought he'd be "too weak" to fight, are you really telling me now that he is willing to take the fight in a "weakened condition" from the testing 14 days out??? No, it was all bull**** and he knew all along that the testing 14 days out wouldn't weaken him.

And the other thing I know, you know and Pac knows is that Floyd IS the bigger draw and deserves somewhere between 51%-55%.

50/50 and 14 days cut-off is fair. just tell floyd to fight pacquiao and quit ducking.

I wouldn't call myself a "*****" or "Floydette" but I am a fan of his and he's one of my favorite boxers to watch. I'm going to wait and see until all the details are released, see what he says, and make a decision based on that. If he doesn't sign to fight Pacquiao, and fights anyone but basically Martinez or Williams, I'll probably be inclined to think he feels Pac is a real threat to his 0.

But I'm not Floyd. Maybe he just wants to take some time off and fight Pac next year. I don't know, so I'm going to wait and see how everything plays out and pass judgement when I get some more details.

How is 50/50 fair? Why wasn't it fair for Pac/Hatton then? Because Pac WOULD NOT fight Hatton unless he got bigger, if Arum didn't give Pac the extra money then, and Pac backed down.....would he be ducking Hatton??

    It's not fair, you're right.

If the contract says 50% of the purse floyd should just laugh and burn it in a waste bin.

why would floyd get pac's cut? if he wanst a bigger share go get it from his promoter oscar. hatton did not bulge either.

as it is 50/50 is fair for a fight of this magnitude. if floyd wants more, he should not get it from pac's cut.

Pacquaio was going to with the Hatton contract. Do you understand logic? Can you answer a reasonable question kiddo??? Why is it ok for Pac to refuse to fight Hatton unless he gets a bigger share, but not ok for Floyd to do it to Pac? Why didn't Pac fight Cotto for 50/50 at WW limit?

I DO NOT expect answers from you, don't worry :patsch:lol:

What the hell are you even talking about? :nut Ok, so Cotto should've demanded 50/50 and told Pac to get more money from Arum if he wants  Idiot!

that was part of the negotiations. but it went through. the fight got made right? pac's camp did not let down on negotiations and made it hard for the other camp. floyd has yet to sign so we'll see how open he is to the negotiations.

What does that have to do with anything?

I could give a **** less about pac hatton.

I'm talking about Mayweather vs Pacquiao.

I dont give a **** if floyd has made 2.2 billion dollars fighting the a card board cut out of ernie shavers in the parking lot of a mcdonalds.

None of that **** matters to me.

I care if he signs this contract or not.
