Be nice to see two top guys go at it in our era, as it always is, but i reckon Mayweather would beat him.

you answered your own question. neitehr mayweather or pac would go near this guy. but thats ok, williams has unfinished business with martinez, who just won the mw title.

Nice to see that some of the posters here are busy setting up the "Mayweather is ducking Williams by fighting Pac" meme before a fight has even been signed.

If I was in Floyd's shoes, I would beat pac first and leave the Williams/Martinez fights for later. I would be able to sell moar against the latter two after increasing my status by beating down the most hyped fighter.

Low reward.....period. Face it, Mayweather gets very little credit for beating Williams, which most people would agree is highly likely. Williams has no power, no defense, and no footwork. He has nothing but size and a high work rate - not enough to beat Floyd.

the pac fight is obviously the biggest fight both in terms of hype and $$ but should it fall apart this would be the fight i would want to see. i'm sure it can be hyped up enough to make it worth while. just don't let williams talk for too long at one time :D i kid i kid
