They have reached a deal and were waiting for an HBO date to start camp. At this point I don't imagine the fight will happen before late August.

The guys that Oritz beat: shot Cooper, Barret, Thompson and not very talented Jennings, are guys that were just there to be powered out. I think Ortiz will be challenged for the first time, and, facing his own declining ability, fold.
I will bet my money on the Cuban but Ustinov can certainly make the water hot for Ortiz. I tend to think that Ortiz is a bit overrated by some posters here.He is a decent heavy but no top 5 fighter.H e would probably have made a bigger impact a couple of years ago if he had had the chance to turn pro far earlier in his career.
