Despite vitali calling out haye since the wlad fight, we understand that there has been no contact from the k bros camp. Regardless of what many believe is an easy fight for vitali, if so where's the offer for a big money payday? Various sources claim that haye has informed the Bbbc that he has decided against renewing his licence, which is probably just a tactical ploy to speed up negotiations but haye is one stubborn ****er, u just never know....

So will the offer surface, is this just a tactical retirement, will the fight ever happen? I for one hope they get it on and haye can at least try and give a better account of his boxing ability, win or lose.

Yeah i think the offer will surface but the purse will be next to nothing for haye. It's up to Haye if he decides it is worth it, I am not so sure he will come out of retirement to be owned at the negotiating table by Vitali. Don't get me wrong, he doesn't deserve a big slice of the revenue and should fight for less, how much less depends on Vitali's wants and needs.

I don't see K2 offering more than €2M and that's probably not enough for David's ego.

Sad really cos i would like to think he would accept - it is no longer about money for Haye, nor should it be..

What did vitali say after the fight with thomas?....did he seem worried he would potentially lose to Haye?....if not, then I still see this fight happening either way...David is not Mayweather who does what he wants and means what he says...David just ACTS like he has that personality....he will postpone his retirement so he wont be remembered for failing to go TOE to TOE

Yes, Haye's purse would likely be miniscule and not worth the risk for Haye. Also Haye would have to sign a series of options with the K brothers -- since he has no belt anymore. That's why I always doubted a fight with Vitali would happen after the Wlad fight.

Had Haye beaten Wlad.. the fight would already be signed right now.

Haye will pull his usual crap to try to get the most money possible. But he is not lined up with the WBA to fight Povetkin. The best way to deal with Haye is to offer him a public deadline to accept, and have someone else lined up to replace him if he backs out.

He already got the big payday and the Vitaly fight wont be nearly as successful as Wladimir.
I am still intrigued. If he really wanted it he would have given them a good offer and get the fight going.

Haye is not a commodity anymore, and Vitali is going to dip his toe into politcs again.

Sadly, fight will probably not happen.
