Hell, it was probably also Arum who made Floyd retire when Margarito, Cotto, Williams and Mosley were all active in his division. And of course, it was Arum who made Floyd cherrypick a belt from Arturo Gatti and then leave 140 without fighting Kostya Tszyu.

Ummm....they couldn't agree to testing cut-off limit. So both were to blame. The second negotiations (which didn't happen according to Mayweather's team) Greenburg clearly blames Floyd for. Then Floyd goes on vacation cuz he lost his urge. Then now after Ortiz he says some shady **** and Uncle Roger flat out says that Pac will not be his next opponent.
