Let's go through American champs first.

Wilder? Nope, the best is Fury (British)
Mayweather? Yep, he is the best in welterweight/light middleweight, but isn't he retired now?
    Broner? LOL
Crawford? Very good fighter, but Postol I think would beat him. In the interest of fairness, I'll score it as a tie.
Russell Jr? Nope, he's already lost to Loma... in Loma's third fight.

And... that's it. One who is the best in both his divisions and one who is tied with Postol.

Now let's look at other countries.

    Russia

Lebedev or Drozd, could make a case for one of them been the best. I'll go with Lebedev though.

    Kovalev - Yep

Chudinov - Nah, he's good... but nowhere near as good as Jack or Degale.

Troyanovsky - Similar to Crawford and Postol, there isn't much to separate them so I can't just. In the interest of fairness, I'll throw him in there as a tie.

So that is two, and one tied.

    Mexico

Alvarez? Nope, GGG would school him.

Vargas? He's good, but I'd go with Uchiyama

Santa Cruz? Nah, Loma and Selby would beat him.

Ceja? He lost to McDonnell. Good fighter, but the two Brits are better.

Cuadras? I'd say Inoue is better.

    Estrada? Nah, that's Gonzalez's division.

Mendoza? Nope, have to give it to the Japanese fighter, Taguchi or Nietes.

So... zero. Nice try though Mexico.

    Time for Japan

    Uchiyama - Yep
Yamanaka - He's good, but I reckon McDonnell would beat him.
    Inoue - Yep
Kono - Inoue would beat him.
Taguchi - He's good but I'll tie him with Nietes.
Takayama - Nope, that is Budler's division.
Tanaka - He's good but again, Budler is better.

    So... 2 and 1 tie.

Now time for the big boys and the country with more world champs and more world championship belts than any other country. God's country. Britain.

    Fury - Yep
    Degale - Yep
Smith - Nope, Mayweather is currently the best.
Brook - Nope, unless Mayweathe retires, then he is.
Flanaghan - Yep, you could make a case for Linares but Linares was behind on points to Mitchell who is a fringe contender at best. Terry with his better jaw would beat him.
Selby - 2nd best after Loma. I think Loma would beat him.
Quigg - I'd give Frampton the edge.
    Frampton - Yep
    McDonnell - Yep
Haskins - Not as good as McDonnell

That is FIVE. FIVE world champions who are the best in their division.

That means the undisputed king of boxing is, at the moment, Great Britain with FIVE champions who are their divisions best.

What kind of nonsense is this?

The US doesn't have a single active fighter that is the best in their weight class, not one.

Tyson fury is number one in the division, Wilder isn't fit to shine his shoes despite him obviously having decades of shoe shining experince

You seem upset, what's so hard to understand?

Wilder is the best HW in the world, beats everyone in that weight class.

Andre Ward is the best SMW and LHW in the world, beats everyone in that weight class.

Crawford was the best LW in the world and is now the best LWW beats everyone in that weight class

Garcia was the best FW and SFW in the world and beats up everyone at LW.

Mayweather is the best WW and JMW in the world but since he's retired, Bradley and Andrade come after.

So that brings the USA down to one (tied with Postol) and Britain up to 6 since Brook is now the best Welterweight.

There's only two divisions where the No. 1 fighter isn't holding a belt.

Miguel Vazquez at lightweight and Nicholas Walters at featherweight.
