Vitali to take the decision. May turn out to be a controversial points win. Better men than Vitali have made comebacks and recognised the need for a few warm up fights. Peter's limitations are well know but he did cause Wlad all kinds of problems. If Vitali keeps that jab going it might be enough especially if Peter fails to take the initiative at the right time. An interesting fight but not expecting a classic by any means.

Like most who'll pick Peter, the prediction is mainly based on VK's inactivity. If Vitali wins (without a bogus decision) it's a tremendous achievement.
