Everyone seems to be saying who Floyd's scared of, so who DO you think he's going to fight next?

Do you think he'll wait for the winner of Pac Cotto, or you think he'll take on Shane?

There's not many options for him - it surely HAS to be one of these guys

I'm thinking Shane. It's a much easier fight to make. Shane won't complain about the purse split. Floyd has that 5 fight deal with GBP and Shane's with GBP.

Plus, they put Floyd right behind Shane in the WW rankings (which is weird considering how long it's been since Floyd last fought a top WW), so I'm thinking GBP is really trying to set this fight up.

Floyd fighting Mosley or winner of PAC-Cotto would be great...

WW#1 vs. WW#2 is great but P4P#1 vs. P4P#2 is greater (granting PAC defeats Cotto)...

Pacquiao is the money fight. The people, the ones who prioritize good fights over big money fights, want to see Mosley try to make that 0 go.

Did you see De la Hoya at the post fight conference?

You're right, this fight is faaaaaaar easier to make, if Pac destroys Cotto, Mayweather will sign for Shane straight away lol

Would maybe be a great thing if it happened - might change Floyd's scardey cat ways and turn him into someone who only wants the hardest challenges for legacy

Probably the winner between Pacquiao - Cotto is next. As long as Pacquiao is with Bob Arum PBF would not fight him.

Even if I was a Floyd backer I couldn't argue with that, nor the wording. Clock is ticking on Mosley. The thread asks who Floyd IS going to fight next. Pacquiao being the easier fight for more money...gotta guess that he's going to fight Pacquiao. If Floyd wants to impress the REAL boxing fans, he'll fight Mosley...so yeah, Pacquiao it is.

If Pac destroys Cotto, you think Floyd will go for Shane instead?

    Agreed.

The $$ in a Mayweather-Pacquiao bout should be enough to make Mayweather and Arum temporarily put aside their differences.

A Mayweather-Cotto bout, I am less confident about in that regard.
