As far as the media day is concerned, overtraining is a real thing. Pacquaio has a top strength and conditioning coach who understands this.

When you're working with athletes, especially older athletes, you have to be careful not to cross that line. A lot of people say it's better to be slightly undertrained than overtrained.

Remember why you started rooting for Pacquaio in the first place.
