If it's not a rule by the governing body, the Commission that which makes the laws of unarmed combat in the state, it is not cheating. Therefore the amount the others took is irrelevant. WADA/USADA were contracted to handle the druguy testing protocol. The rules are still that of the NSAC. The NSAC could look to take their advice, but as of now the only statement Bennett is showing displeasure at, we'll you saw. I posted it above.
I'm talking about WADA/USADA rules. You implied others do this (what happened here = IV over 50ml) - but then don't back it up with numbers and then try to obfuscate the picture by taking about NC out of context. "When Mikey Garcia fought Salido he was hydrated by IV in his hotel room. When ODLH fought Pacquiao he was IV'D in his dressing room. Don't get fooled into thinking this is something new"
WADA/USADA are not contracted for every fight in Vegas. So to answer your question, to my knowledge no they weren't involved in those other fights, but again it would have been irrelevant. NSAC sets the rules. For example USADA approved Manny's Toradol shot, but he wasn't allowed to take it,, why?!? Because he did not disclose the injury to the commission and didn't not submit the proper paperwork to them to allow hI'm take it. Not sure what about WADA/USADA rule not counting that you're not getting.
Well the rule wasn't followed for this fight (no IVs more than 50mls unless in hospital for urgent reasons) that's for sure which did use USADA which follows WADA rules. If the other fights had no doping agency rules against some undefined IV behavior then so be it. It wasn't a banned practice. I don't like that the USADA/WADA rule wasn't followed in this case is what I was saying. The USADA not initially reporting it and then issuing unauth tues weirdness aside.
It wasn't a banned practice for this fight either. The rules of this and every fight contested in Nevada fall under that of the NSAC, so again Mayweather didn't do anything wrong. USADA was the drug testing agency. They are Concentra (or whatever drug testing facility your state's employers use) They're contracted to oversee and take the samples they can't tell your employer (the NSAC in this case) whether to hire you or not.
Manny didn't request something that was banned, he just didn't follow protocol to get it. Floyd took too much of something legal.
Because it is improper procedure per the WADA, but if you Un stick your mind and listen, you'd understand that the 500ml is irrelevant not part of NSAC's rules. Once you understand that concept youll feel much better.
rofl im laughing so hard here acie2g is trying to compare manny asking for something that is LEGAL to mayweather using the amount he used is illegal ROFL
:good Of course, don't expect any Floyd haters on here to address any of this. They will forever run with "Floyd was busted taking illegal substances!" It's sad really. So many people have wanted to see him lose in the ring with no luck and so they cling to a chance at seeing him "lose" outside of it and revel in it as much as possible. Was the amount of a legal substance taken far too high? Yes. Does that raise suspicions? Yes. Does it PROVE he took any illegal PED's etc? No. It's all speculation at this point, but whatever helps you haters sleep at night...
