I just hope Haye fights anyone in the top ten before he has to defend his title against Ruiz...he has a year to do this. He could prove all of his detractors wrong by fighting anyone in the top ten...he could even try to be the first to Knock out a well respected fighter like James Toney. I would even love to see him make a voluntary defense against a spoiler like Tony the tiger Thompson.

    Anyone but Valuev.

Ruiz is confirmed as next. March very likely. Ruiz got a bad cut and Hayes hand injury need to heal first but March is pencilled in.

Fine...if we have to endure the huggyman in action, well so be it...I just hope it's more like the "shot of excitement" Haye promised us before the Valuev fight.

    Shot of excitement, my ass!!

Wlad doesn't fight Vitali for obvious reasons, this is not an amateur match with headgear and 3 rounds of point fighting. But he's "afraid" of fighting Haye, the guy he signed a contract with to fight him infront of 61,000 spectators of his own fanbase ? Which HAYE pulled out of ?

It's definetly Ruiz first, and then probably some filler. If that is Hopkins, I am all for it, as the result will shock some people. Then it's Valuev time again, let's get ready to runnnnnnbleeeeee.

Even the biggest klitschko detractor knows by now that they don't duck anyone...in fact, we have all been spoiled in recent years by champions who don't avoid their mandatories.

I really hope that the B-hop fight doesn't happen with Haye...that's the last thing the heavyweight division needs...it's still trying to shake the herd mentality from the John Ruiz/Roy Jones fight that the Heavyweight division is awful.
