I still say he will fight Pacquiao next. If he and Roger beats there court cases, which is no guarantee, I think the fight will be made for October/November.

 

He should know when his trial(s) will be in February and with Pacquiao fighting in May, Pac-Mayweather for November looks like the only option for him if he wants another fight.

I can't see him fighting anyone else.

 

He had a good career. He's retired now.

 

I can't see him not making a little bank before calling it a career and/or spending some time in jail, Leon.

He'll need another fight to maintain his lifestyle.

 

If he's learning how to manage his $, he should be able to keep his lifestyle w/o fighting again.

 

My bet would be he never fights again. People are guessing late 2011 is when he will make his return, I don't see that happening. He will be another year older, another year inactive, and to go straight in against Pac would be a serious risk. He's always been about calculated risks and making fights he knows he will have the advantages in.

 

I think floyd wont retire, I got this feeling he will end up like jones, or ray leonard like keep retiring combacks..., He clearly hasnt that good moneymanagement could easily end up with less money and keep on fighting. If he didnt want to box anymore he would have never came back in the first place.

 

I think Mayweather is going to get the urge back (Needs money) in May and will fight Berto for the WBC welterweight championship in Nov or Dec.

 

Like I told cesare-borgia before. I think Martinez should wait til February to announce a fight and Floyd may challenge him

 

a long retired ex champion, trinidad, chaves, tszyu.... they have WHOLE countries behind them.
