Im doing poll now so you foos cant back track! I never back track, i stay with my picks. I also have no doubt this fight is happening. tons of money invloved! I love both fighters! Been watching Cotto since wednesday night fights in 99. been watching Canelo since 2008. this is a Mega fight that WILL happen and the world will be watching 2 great fighters. canelo gets alot of hate and i dont know why? I know he was preety much handed a belt but since then hes fought the best and contuines to try and fight the best, what else you want from the man? has a very good accuracy and throws mad combos which we love as boxing fans. Cotto gets made respect for the boxing community. he always fought the best also and contuines to do this. gets some hate because he beat the **** out of Martinez which i dont get. fight would never happened if Martinez had the ***** to fight GGG so why you hating on Cotto for taking the fight and whooping Martinez when nobody was picking him?? baffles me... anyhow I think Cotto will be to much. I think Cotto is back straioght warzone mode! You can tell that Roach is making him better then ever! and what suprises me the most is his defense! His defense has been on point his last 2 fights (fights with Roach) head movement, on his toes, picks his spots and throws massive body shots like back in the day. Canelo is young and in his prime but you have to think at it this way. what are his advangtes if any at all? Size?? he might weight a little more but thats not gonna be a factor. Speed?? I think there the same but Canelo mgiht have a very slim notch in that. Experience?? NOPE. Body work? Has been throwing lot more these days but Cotto way better body puncher. Power?? Nope. Defense?? NOPE. Stamina?? NOPE. Better trainer? HELL NOPE. Im not saying Canelo is a bad fighter at all but this will be the strongest puncher hes ever faced and a true boxer/puncher hes ever faced. In Canelo biggest fights he hasnt done to well. Torut and Lara are bad match ups for anybody so i didnt expect him to look awesome against them but it was a little rough for hin/ not just imagine some movement with Power hes never felt before and a fighter with some good defense? To me its like the Mayweather fight, in terms of Canelo is just not ready. does he have a chance?? OF COURSE! But i think Cotto works him hard and I mean hard like Blood everwhere and canelo looks skilly at times. I do expect Cotto to get hurt at some point too and also be cut totally CLASSIC! bUT COTTO PULLS IT OUT! Who you got?
