I agree! It's IQ rather than luck. Floyd has a very high IQ and it's the reason why he is ducking Pac!

 

I think it's Pac by brutal beating ending in a KO. I believe Floyd thinks so too and that's why he's not fighting Pac. Floyd was a special fighter, had unparalleled defensive skills and was a beast of a fighter himself a few years back but much of his tremendous skills had diminished mainly due to inactivity! Floyd knows in his heart that his current self (the one who KOd Ortiz with sucker shots) can never win against Pac!

im going with pacquiao. if floyd loves money so much like he says he does, why not take the fight?? it would be his highest payday ever. floyd knows pacquiao is a legit threat. you would be blind to think otherwise. floyd accusing pacquiao of peds with no evidence proves that floyd is reluctant to face pacquiao.
