There are different styles in boxing for a reason, it is also the reason why the sport is great to watch...differing styles, clashes of styles, etc. Some boxers prefer to be aggressive. Did you have an expansive amateur record? You must have been on the same level as Abril as an amateur, he had over 200 bouts, only losing roughly 13. How does yours compare?

This right here is irrelevant. If you're a fan of the sport like you say you are, you can appreciate any style. May not be the most entertaining, but you wouldn't call it '***** style'. You sound like a casual fan. :-(
