To call Jacobs a bum then the entire 160 division is too weak, and thus ggg should not get any credit. But they don't want to bring things to the logical conclusion that doesn't suit their agenda.

Only an idiot would think that. Blown up welterweight isn't going to crush a grape at Middleweight.

Fair enough. I think Jacobs, right now, is the most interesting fight out there for Golovkin at 160 personally. Do I think Jacobs is going to win? NO. No, no, no, no, no. But I think he has a slightly better chance of possibly getting to Golovkin than say, someone like Canelo.

I think Jacobs is either the best or second best fighter Golovkin has faced at 160. I think Murray may have been better, but I'd say Jacobs and Murray are the biggest standouts he's faced in my personal estimation. And while I believe Jacobs could potentially lose to several guys at 160, I still like his chances against Golovkin better than all of those guys who could possibly defeat Jacobs.

Bottom line for me - Jacobs is a huge step up over Wade and Brook, even though this is likely another mismatch for Golovkin. At least this one, I think, isn't a "gross mismatch" - just a regular run of the mill "mismatch".

That's all fair points and I like the match up , it will be a fun knock out.

What is funny is that the boxing world has turned on its head for this fight. Usually its ggg fans getting accused of hyping the bums he is facing. This time ggg fans are saying jacobs is useless.

On the other side of the coin you have the people who don't like ggg saying he is finally facing someone, will they be saying that after jacobs gets knocked out? In don't know

I want to see canelo vs ggg but it would be another easy fight.

What's positive is I think ggg has two really great fighters for him in the next year or two.

Deverychenko - he is very like GGG, I'd favor ggg but it would be a war

Quigley - quigley can fight a tactical fight use he's size and reach and really out it up to ggg, he can fight quiet dirty like ward too

Why did you have to curse Deverychenko and Quigley like that? They are certain to get exposed now.

Look back on a thread I did after the 2012 Olympics, rating all the guys turning pro, my judging of fighters is very very accurate. You on the other hand have never got anything righy

Remains to be seen, 2012 is too recent. Far as my predictions go, I don't make them on the prospect level, only the top 40 level. I accurately predicted Dillian Whtye's level but I don't go around making definitive statements about boxers that blow up in my face like much of the forum showing that they dksab. Thought you on the Shabranskyy bandwagon that fell off the cliff?

How does it remain to be seen? Almost all the guys who got A grades are now world champions, all the guys I gave poor grades to have lost.

Not to early to judge talent and this is exactly what u hear from people who can't judge talent, it has to smack them straight in the nose before the realize a Fighter is good.

Zillion whytes level is probably being able to beat wilder so unless u predicted that u are wrong

You was on the Shabranskyy bandwagon. You listed him as a part of a eastern european (murder's row) @ 175. https://www.boxingforum24.com/threa...djib-mohammedi-on-04-09.558015/#post-17733944 You cursed Shabranskyy so those other fighters have a mark on their heads.

Calling you out isn't racist, lol, this isn't a safe space bro. This is a friendly conversation so calm down.

I listed him as bottom of the list on 5 names, iv never rated him as highly as the others.

I'm calling you out for being racist because you seem to think that anyone who likes some eastern Europeans likes them all.

If that's the case how come I think wilders next opponents is completely useless?

Where did I say that anything close to saying you like all EE's? No need to make up **** in your head. Though it's no surprise that every single name you listed is an eastern european. Can't find one non EE for such a list but I'm the racist.
By definition that pole isn't useless since Wilder will hit him with right hands that'll test it out. There, a use. Just proved you wrong and it was very easy I would have to say. Choose your words more carefully next time, you're making this too easy.

I followed Jacobs before the Pirog fight and thought he was the real deal. He has solid fundamentals, excellent firepower, athleticism and agresion needed to be great. He lost to Pirog but so did everyone else that Pirog faced, he was a rare talent that was taken from boxing early due to chronic back injuries. I am certain if Pirog was still boxing, him and GGG would have had a career defining trilogy and every belt between them.
