And before that he fought DLH at 154, a weight he made without incident. Ricardo had to bulk up to that catchweight to mollify Fernanda. I say he can make 147 easily in a reasonable timeframe.
I don't doubt Ricardo's ability to make weight with proper alloted time. The thing is if he's around 160 or so...can he drop 13-15 lbs before May 31st and still be effective?
