Above is the link to a thread that has a qoute saying Floyd will not negotiate until the lawsuit is dropped, nor there ever was a negotiation going on. This is from Floyd himself. That thread has the source and everything on it.

It was a popular belief here in esb that Floyd reserved the MGM grand for a may 5th bout and entice pacquaio..... It was looking like PAC was not the one willing to fight, with Floyd saying he wants PAC on multiple media outlets and interviews. He even said sign the contract and let's get it on, or something to that effect. Then this **** drops.... And that he wouldn't negotiate........ I think he's dragging PAC's name into every conversation so that he can build up his next fight, possibly against khan or canelo.

What is really goin on with Floyd? He and his team are all over the place on this one

Koncz: Sup, Floyd? Let's get this **** made.

Floyd: I ain't negotiatin' **** until Pac drops his lawsuit.

A Pacquiao fight would bring Floyd 70-100 million dollars, which would easily cover the chump change of 5 million that Pac is asking in the lawsuit.

    Floyd still duckin'.

    :deal

Put in the contract that the lawsuit will be dropped and it would all be fine.

No it wouldn't. Floyd wants random testing, floyd wants over 50% cut, Floyd wants his venue, Floyd wants Pac to drop a law suit. How does anybody think this ends with Floyd.
Even after Pac struggled his last fight with Marquez... Floyd is still afraid to fight the guy! WTF? Floyd just jumps from one excuse to another. You will never make this guy happy with the fight. I'm convinced if pac were wheelchair bound, and it was proven he absolutely could not walk... Mayweather would still put up a road block against this fight.
The man is suing you, take your $ out of his ass if your a real fighter. :yep
As for the law suit, and this being Pac's fault.. Mayweather is the one who tarnished Pac's reputation. I don't blame Pac for the law suit one bit. As for dropping the law suit, the way Floyd is, if Pac drops the law suit, Floyd will be like *Yeah.. Not gonna fight you now anyway*. Or even if it's the contract, I think he'd just back out with a fluke injury, retirement, etc.

Floyd is the master of exploiting and manipulating hype to his advantage. He has used Pac's name and their rivalry he helped generate to sell his fights ever since he announced his comeback at the Pacquiao-Hatton fight. He's done a over a million PPV every fight since, which he couldn't do in his much anticipated fight with Hatton before retirement. He'd be foolish to stop now
