So you all are going to forget what you said about Canelo vs Khan?

LOL I sound like a moron maybe because I’m using the logic that criticized Canelo Khan and applying it to GG Brook!!

It might sound really stupid, about as stupid as criticizing Canelo Khan don’t ya think!!

Only this is worse because at least Canelo agreed to a 155 catchweight. If a supposed Middleweight is going to fight a welterweight, at least Canelo “met Khan somewhere in the Middle”.

All we heard in the buildup to Canelo Khan was how “the size advantage was so unfair to Khan” boo hoo. How the weight is unfair to Khan.

That was only 155 lbs ! This is 160 LBS, and Khan and Brook are both WWs! If you were so worried about Canelo’s size being such an unfair advantage to Khan at 155 then what do you say about GG’s size advantage on Brook? At least Khan had speed, hand speed, and a long reach ! Kell has none of those advantage Khan did vs Canelo !

Their hypocrisy knows no limits :deal

I bet we can make a long ass list of double standards and hypocritical statements coming from GolovStans, Abel Sanchez, and Triple G himself.

    Golovkin:

Middleweight champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin says he felt bad for welterweight Amir Khan last Saturday night in his 6th round knockout loss to the much bigger WBC middleweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez. Golovkin said it was a bad fight for boxing because of how much bigger Canelo was.

I said it's a bad fight....but it's still better then Alvarez picking on a glass jawed guy. At least Brook has a chin, and fought at a min of 147 for over a decade. Did Khan? Nope.

If you cannot see how Alvarez - Khan was worse, I just have to assume it's because of your ethnicity. :blurp

Both Brook and Khan are big welterweights. Brook and Khan are practically the same height, only Khan has a significantly longer reach than Brook and has a significant foot and hand speed advantage.

Brook has better defense than Khan, and isn’t known as being chinny. But in terms of size, they are both big as far as welterweights are.

    :rofl

then GG proceeds to duck the British MW Champ and fights a WW instead ! Not at 155 like Canelo Khan but at 160 !

Brook is bigger than khan, yes. But they're also fighting at a higher weight, I think that negates that argument.

And you can not factor in chins here lol

Khan only moved up 8 lbs
Brook will be moving up 13 lbs

Golovkin is better suited for 168 according to his own trainer Abel Sanchez
Golovkin hits like a heavyweight and is unstoppable between 147-175.

Yet he's dragging up a WW :blood

So now you are taking Abel's word as gospel? Are you this fvckin stupid with this game? :rofl

There will be a great difference in weight between Khan - Alvarez then in this fight. Of course, since your boy refuses to weigh in on fight night, we may never know.

There's a big difference here, you defended Alvarez - Khan, and still do. The only good thing I'll say about Brook - 3G, it's better than that fight you loved. :good

I have always said that Alvarez fighting Khan was strictly money related, and possibly a soft touch after fighting top notch comp for 3 years straight.

Read what Golovkin feels about fighters who drag up smaller fighters:

IBF/IBO/WBA middleweight champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin says he felt bad for welterweight Amir Khan last Saturday night in his 6th round knockout loss to the much bigger WBC middleweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez. Golovkin said it was a bad fight for boxing because of how much bigger Canelo was.

Fact is if canelo didn't **** his pants this fighy wouldnt be happening. Canelo has to take some of the blame as do all the top 160 fighters.

Yeah anyone with some nous about can see that GGG is not difficult to negotiate with,Eubank,Jacobs,Saunders and Canelo would be agreed to in a flash.
Brook certainly isn't a first choice it's a fith choice and yet probably better than him taking his mandatory,at least he's in with someone who wants to be there.
Khan was an outright pick by Canelo on the count of him being smaller and having a chin made of pure cracked china.

Yep. Also GGG didn't have any decent options at 160 due to the Eubank's stalling.

That being said, it's a bit of a disappointing matchup for Golovkin's point of view. I rate Brook highly, but would prefer GGG to fight someone bigger if he can't find a 160.

Yea this fight is purely a cash grab. There is simply no way Brook can win, and I hate fights where one party is doomed from the start. I also think Brook is a solid operator, just not at 160 without first getting uses to the weight, and against arguably top 3 middleweight that ever lived.
