No, dude you're hating. Have the balls to admit that. Hatton bamboozled NO ONE. Who has he ever ducked? Hatton always believed in himself. He always worked hard. He always brought everything into the ring. He has more guts than all his haters and he took a one-dimensional style and beat some of the best guys out there. Sure, he got beat by the best -- Mayweather fight was good for a few rounds until Floyd figured him out. Pac fight was sad -- just embarrassingly one-sided and brutal. Pac is AMAZING. But if you're trying to belittle Hatton in any way, **** YOU. He's got more testosterone than you'll even know. Respect, man. Respect.
Nothing was wrong with Hatton so please keep such junk out. Hatton charged in the way he usually does trying to get his self into the fight and as soon as Pac landed a solid blow you can tell Hatton felt it but kept coming, the second clean shot and he was wobbly and in danger. What was wrong is Pacquiao's boxing ability, skills and serious power. Hatton just couldn't take/handle it.
There wasn't anything wrong with Hatton, he's just not as good as his fans made him out to be. He was just so ****ing overrated.
listen if you're eating fish and chips, drinking guiness and walking around carrying 30-40 + pounds over you're fighting weight, it shows you arent the most dedicated fighter in the world. so what if you train like the power of **** 3 months before the fight, if you want to be an elite fighter like pacquiao, mayweather and hopkins you have to stay in shape all year round otherwise you're body wont adjust to the drastic weight change very well. i dont think hatton is done though. i actually think hatton vs cotto would be a hell of a match.
Props to the brits, always knew most of them give credit where credit is due...two thumbs up to MANNY and Ricky..........
He wasn't as good as his fans made him out to be. True? How could he be? His fans WORSHIP him still, like Gatti's fans, times 10,000? Overrated? that ****ing term is overrated. Hatton is who Hatton is: The guy who beat Kosta, Paulie, Castillo, Tackie, Maussa -- but fell to the very top. So yeah, he wasn't invincible and in that sense you can say he was overrated. People thought he was Superman. He was not. But he was a gutsy, tough fighter who did more than 99.9% of any fighter ever does. Made it to the top, but couldn't quite get to the peak. So don't be a dick.
It took Pac 2 rounds to do what it took PB Floyd 10 rounds to do.........and it was against a better trained and better conditioned Hatton. Freddie Roach knows his fighter well and knows what he can do, though he WAS off by a round. LOL It was nice to see Floyd stuttering in between rounds trying to wake Hatton up.
That 12 weeks of training that hatton did with mayweather was useless. He came in lunging, completely forgetting to work in behind his jab and some head movement. I'm not sure if he got caught up in the moment or what, but after floyd sr. talked all that crap it was ricky that came rushing in like an amateur.
