I reckon he is to. Fraudley is one of those hot and cold fighters who you dont really want to mess with when he is hot.
There is a enormous step up from fighting bouncers/labourers with records of 2 wins 8 loses etc and fighting someone like Rahman even though he is on the down slide. Haumono has looked good fighting these types, but lets get real for a second he will never really step up to opposition anyway near world class. He is already 32/33 yrs old. At most i think in the next year or two he might fight someone on a par with Bob Mirovic.
