It should. Daniel put him off once for a payday he should give Soliman a shot. But it's boxing.

Falling to peices in what way? The middleweight division is stacked, and there have been some great fights of late. Why do you think fighters have backers and strive to get to World title level? To get a belt? Titles give you the leverage to create big paydays. You think sponsors and managers invest money in fighters just because they feel like it? no, they believe in a fighter and most of the time percieve that a return will be made on investment. Its a business the same as any other. This old bull**** statement about the UFC "fight who they put in front of you" means nothing, you cant compare the 2. The UFC have the monopoly on MMA.

As for Sam, he offers no return on investment. Push him aside.

Falling apart in the sense that, No one fights each other... They are too worried about a loss on their records etc. Answer me this... If Geale was all for the big fights, why did he fight those two nobody Africans after he beat Sylvester the first time??
I have also heard that some time ago Sam and Daniel did a fair bit of sparring together and Daniel didn't cope too well with Sams style...

    Noone fights each other:lol:
One African was a voluntary, and one was a mandatory. Whats your point?
Where did you hear that? From Soliman? No, Daniel didnt cope with being tackled in response to Schooling Soliman.

It would be an interesting fight between Mundine's left overs

I'd Imagine they could draw a good crowd in Melbourne and have a good undercard

**** Golovkin it's only internet warriors who claim everybody is ducking him, If I was Geale I would rather keep the IBF strap and not have to be the challenger for the WBA. Let GGG keep defending against blown up welterweights...

Im not the only person here who knows of the rumours of sparring.

So he will fight some African Mandatory that no one knows anything about here in Aus, but he shouldn't fight Soliman, who stepped aside so Geale could get his pay day against Mundine, they are both Aussie, makes much more sense that his mandatory against the African... Something is fishy....

From memory they sparred some 5-6 years ago. Sam fought a sub-par Sturm the other day. Sturm looked nothing like when he fought Geale. Good timing for Soliman, fighting fighters that have been broken by Geale, he's done that a couple of times now hasnt he? So 5-6 years on, Geale has no problem retiring Soliman. Sparring 5-6 years ago, :lol:Good try.

**** who know what about who in oz, do your research. Fact is, Sam is a non-event, hard to sell, and brings what to the table? Everything has to be done for him, at Least with Mundine, he brings ticket sales to the table. If Geale ends up having to fight Soliman, so be it, but its a waste of time and money, a no point bout.
