sam is guilty, hes an idiot and ruined his last shot.
A supplement that lists a "proprietary blend" on the bottle can be there for one of two reasons:

    (a) to prevent the competition from knowing exactly what ratios and amounts of each ingredient present in the formula to prevent the competition from copying their formula exactly (commonly referred to as a "knock off") or

    (b) to hide the fact the formula contains very little of the active ingredients listed on the bottle in an attempt to fool consumers.

Sadly, the latter use is far more common then the former. They see a long list of seemingly impressive ingredients listed in the "proprietary blend" none of which are there is amounts that will have any effects. This is commonly referred to as "label decoration" by industry insiders. The former use of the term is a legitimate way for a company of a quality formula from having the competition copy or "knock off" their formula and the latter use of the term is to scam people.

Yup fully Agree the "knock off" is what makes it ambiguous..that's why the last few boxers have been found a-typical because the drug company's are using synthetic meds these days..ratios and volumes are hidden also or at least ate ambiguous

You're the forum troll dick head, you always have been.

No one knows the facts, that's why there's an investigation.
The facts will be revealed once that's done.

Until then, everything else is speculation.

It's ****ing gimps like you who go off half cocked with **** from the media.

So the product is dodge as all ****, misleads consumers by having false ingredients listed and one website found this out. Undoubtedly Soliman's fault.

Hey TC, what is the current status of PEPTIDES? Are they banned, frowned upon or under investigation?
I've heard bits and pieces in the media but I don't really know what it's all about. I was just in a deli and they had MAX Choc chip cookies displayed on the counter with PEPTIDES proudly advertised on the front.
The way I understand it is, I can eat one of these at smoko no problem but I can't pass a medical. Is this correct?

Passing the medical would depend on what peptide you took, the legality of peptides is up in the air atm, WADA do have some peptides listed as banned substances. I would assume that hormone peptides are illegal and banned in all sports, the best known hormone peptide is HGH and insuline type peptides.

Im not sure about ingesting peptides and what effect it would have on you, i was pretty certian that for a peptide to be effective it had to be injected.

Most peptides are just compounds derived from branced chain amino acids. you can buy them online from Australia without any problem.

peptides banned from sports are listed in the WADA S2

Its about as dodgy as soliman and his list of excuses lol .. fact is no stimulants are permited and the front says it increases energy which stimulants do, and it also has a banned WADA substance listed on the back of the tub. Team Soliman claim its not a stimulant, i bet if i phoned the company they would dissagree.

Most if not all pre workouts are stimulant based unless they state "Stimulant Free". I fail to see who else would be to blame if Soliman was not, all they had to do was check the WADA site to see that one of the ingredients is banned. But they go one step further and claim WADA banned substances dont count even though they demanded WADA testing, u catch my drift?

It even says on the tub that its a ThermoGenic, by definition Thermogenic means tending to produce heat, and the term is commonly applied to drugs which increase heat through metabolic

Cool. It definitely said "protein peptides" so I'm guessing that this is advertising jargon for amino acids.
I could see the benefits for a high performance athlete but having it on a shelf next to lollipops and potato chips is dodgy IMO.

So just because you can purchase it over the counter makes the WADA banning of said substance irrelevant? .. you know you can purchase grog over the counter also dont you.. next time you blow over on the breathalizer just tell them you got it over the counter and nothing should come of it :rofl:rofl:rofl

**** analogy. If you said the grog was labelled non-alcoholic then you may have something. The label of ingredients on the product you provided from the manufacturer misleads the consumer - any decent lawyer will take this and run with it. :deal

Actually you dont, its your responsibilty to ensure you know what your consuming, like i stated prior, ignorance is no excuse in a court of law. The label also states its a thermogenic, look that one up and you will discover that thermogenics are stimulants. It also says it increases energy, where do you think this energy comes from? Coffee lol.. it comes from stimulants. To say that this is what Sam got the oxy from is hearsay and Sams word, however given he has admited to taking Black Bombs and it has another banned ingredient in it, he is pretty much guilty by his own admission.
