    I like Gamboa, but Solis needs to get serious real soon, or he's going to lose/look real real bad against a mediocre opponent. Anyways, I was never that high on Solis either way, there's been better prospects, and there are.

    Gamboa's definitely something special.

    Solis Is just ponderous, fat and has Ko power.

    Yeah most or all of those better prospects you talk about never faught guys with as much wins in their first 4 pro fights as Solis is doing, and again, not any of those were ranked as high in WBC after just 3 fights like Solis is, so just cause hes out of shape dosent mean the man aint good... hes the best prospect out there son, ask about him lol

    Yes, IF!!
    In this fight against McGee Solis fought like a middleclass slugger, not like a amateur world champion and gold medallist. He only threw wide punches.

    Yeah I feel like he can do better than this, he has awesome pedigree, and he obviously isnt in great shape. Perhaps he left it too late for a pro career?

    Wow is that true?:happy , if so it's brilliant news for Gamboa!!, what weight will he be fighting at and who is he facing?, hopefully he will impress everyone and get a perminant stay in the states so he can make big money and get the big fights quickly!!, i really do think he can take on anyone right now. :bbb
