Yep, that's true. Until now, he has been highly critized for not losing weight. Now he has finally lost between 15 to 20 pounds, congratulations to him!

    Now, lose 15 more! :good

Vitali Klitschko will beat Solis to a pulp. Vitali loves to embarrass fat fighters. :deal

I rather see Solis fight Haye before he fights any of the klit brothers. They already fought in the amateurs and if Hayes not still haunted by that fight he should try to avenge that loss. Solis has the talent to go far in boxing but like any other sport if the athlete i not dedicated he'll fail.

    :hat

It would be a very intersting fight, haye jumped all over him for the 1st round gassed and then solis got the 10 point advantage needed to stop the fight. Solis has imho regressed a bit while haye has improved his stamina and pacing. Good fight, either haye tko's him early or solis tko's him late himself. Would be interesting:good

at Pro Haye takes that fat piece of sh.. out EARLY.

There will be no headgears, amateurish Referees saving that chinny's Cuban ass from Haymakers.

Solis is nothing more than smaller, fatter version of Jorge Luis Gonzalez:good

There are always threads on how Solis has got himself in shape and is looking great in sparring just before a fight. Then, he weighs in like a fat tub of **** and fights lazy.

Yeah, just like Gamboa hasn't gone anywhere right? You seem to have a great deal of hate against the Cuban fighters, why? :-(

That's not realism, you are going against all Cubans for no reason. Just because some have failed like Jorge L Gonzalez doesn't mean that these will. The past Cuban defectors were very indisciplined and undedicated. For your info, Jorge Luis Gonzalez trained himself, didn't had a trainer and didn't wanted one! This guy was completely insane, I remember when he first arrived that one of his former amateur opponents " Riddick Bowe " invited Gonzalez to meet with him for friendship " that's a very nice gesture coming from Bowe " and Gonzalez went all out crazy calling Bowe all sorts of horrible names. :huh

While in Cuba, Gonzalez was indeed very very good but once he got here he went completely crazy. The current crop of Cuban fighters seem to be more dedicated " with some exceptions of course ", and Solis seems to be more dedicated now. So, instead of bashing Solis based on how the others have performed in the past, try and wait and see how will Solis look against Austin and I am very sure that he will impress you. :good

Solis has lost almost 20 pounds, so he is not that fat now and I think that if he fights Vitaly will get in even better shape!
