Im ****ing sick of both Haye and the Klitschko Bros for the fight not happening, this is why more people are watching MMA and less are watching boxing (Including me), too much **** gets in the way of fights just being MADE. So anyway I thought, **** Haye and **** the Klitshckos, what other good HW fights are there? I can tell you now there are not many, but one that really stuck out as a good fight is Odlanier Solis vs Tomasz Adamek. The fight would make sense as we would find out who actually deserves the next title shot. With all the recent **** that has gone down on ESB people seem to have forgotten about Big Boy Solis, he looks to be a very good pressure fighter, with decent power and good defence. Although I personally think Adamek is slightly overrated for what he is, I am sill a fan and think he is good for the division. Anyway enough of my pointless talking that actually means little in relation to what the aim of this thread is... Solis vs Adamek, Who wins and why?
Whether or not Solis would get his fat arse to work in the gym for a big fight like this heavily effects the outcome imo.
Solis still has a better handspeed than Arreola and is way more skilled. Not sure about his power yet He wasnt able to lay out guys like Duiven or Julius Long who have weak chins. I´ll go with Adamek UD
I think the only way Solis could stop Adamek is by grinding him down with body shots, which would also be effective in slowing Adameks movement.
