yeah perhaps austin has only 4 or so inches, looking at the pics it looked like more than that. the other facts you cannot dispute: austin has fought the better pro opposition (which he did when he was in his mid to late 30's if not 40) , this is solis' toughest opponent, solis has weight issues, and austin can bang a bit. but, whatever you wanna believe. 18:1 is huge odds generally reserved for total mismatch title fights, not abc belt eliminators involving a yet proven contender and a fringe contender. Like i said, i favor Solis especially given the odds which tell me that Austin must have no chance. My only point was that IMO no way this fight should be 18:1
Anybody else thinking about taking the 7:1 on Austin. or even the over/under of 6.5 rounds. I'm routing for Solis so we get a new face out there, but 7:1 is big and 6.5 isn't to hard to get to. 7:1 if you bet Austin
Well, about 2 1/2 hours to go (I'm not sure if that's the card itself, or the first fight of the card)....but I'll be watching. I'm interested mainly because this is the eliminator to meet Dr. Eisenfaust.
Is it going to be broadcast? Dan Rafael said it still wasn't a done deal in his chat today... King has been dropping the ball lately
Since we are both klitschko fans, I'm sure we'd both like to see Solis win to get a new face as challenger. But would you think about taking the 7:1 odds on Austin, boxingdomain
That's funny! :rofl But it's personal cause Austin has said some bad remarks about not appreciating Solis' at all. :good
Solis will win a decision easily, but i hope he doesnt go straight to fight the klits brothers and instead fights Haye. He can easily beat Haye and make the same amount of money he would make fighting the klits. If he is serious about making a career of boxing that is the rout he should go and then fight the klits later after he has been a champion and made some money. :hat
I don't know wtf you r saying, because your predicted an Austin win here, so you can take hyped out of the equation, still he is a fat A$$ that needs to train propertly and shave a least 20-25lbs of his frame.
