If my...TV holds up at least.

Action kicks off with a 4 round Flyweight bout between Takehiro Tode (1-4) Vs Takahiro Mori****a (1-4-1). Only a scattering in the arena at the moment. Unlike opening bouts on British TV cards both guys are coming to win and although limited neither will be turning up just for the pay day.

Lively first minute, Mori****a seems to be coming worse off when they trade through the opening round but seems to be landing more. The two look very well matched through the round and a 10-10, or 10-9 Tode would be the probable outcome

Both guys stunned in round 2, looks like Tode is the better counter puncher but Mori****a is all over him like a bad rash. Mori****a the busier man and deserves the round, but it's another close one. 19-19 Mori****a

Mori****a on the front foot and forcing Tode on to the ropes, this is a better fight than the Quigg Vs Frampton "fight" and only like...14 people in the venue. Mori****a bullying Tode are the ring and throwing so much, oooh Tode with a lovely counter left. Mori****a continues to march forward but some solid counters coming his way now from Tode. Mori****a round on work rate and ring generalship. 29-28

Only real problem is neither have nay power, the action is

More of the same, Mori****a getting inside and working away, he is backing off a bit more now and does look to be picking his shots better. Tode appears to be wilting some what under the pace but is having his moments in the final minute. Big shots from Mori****a and Tode is really struggling in the final 30 seconds...but he sees it out.

Gotta be a UD for Mori****a from the Eddie Townsend gym

Tode wins, not really sure how...bad omens for later maybe. He looked to have been out worked for 3 rounds.

Why do you mark this one for delete and not the other one?

    Next up - Retsu Kosaka (5-0, 1) v Yuto Nagano (5-1, 2) in a 6 round bout at 58KG's

Kosaka's record on screen was 4-0 (1), which is peculiar

...shut...just...shut up! Let me concentrate! I've not had a coffee yet!

    Wait where were we...oh

Round 1-Kosaka looks very cautious but has a lovely right hand, seems like Nagano is forcing the action and coming forward but Kosaka landing the better single shots.

You know what...if G+ can't even get Kosaka's record right I can be forgiven for using the wrong thread!

Round 2-Nagano coming forward and looks like a "man" but Kosaka's youthful speed is letting him line up counter rights. Both VERY apprehensive though. A bit of a let down after the previous bout. Kosaka is from the same gym as Hasegawa whilst Nagano is from the gym that Ishida was at.

Oooooh we have action! Nagano unloads on Kosaka, who is on the ropes...but then stumbles and lets the initiative go. Round for Nagano based on the one big flurry.

Round 3-Nagano is upping the pace now and Kosaka looks worried...first 100 seconds was Nagano's round...and now Kosaka firing back, looks like he genuinely stung Nagano there, HUGE RIGHT from Kosaka, Nagano backing up. Looks like some of the respect is going out of the window at last. Nagano probably just sneaked it, but he took the best shot of the round.

    Round 4-
Nagano coming forward and Kosaka not getting much off at all in the first 90 seconds, Nagano isn't totally out working his foe...but is doing something, good right sneaks through from Nagano. Hard right to the gut and a stinging jab from Kosaka, lovely hook from Kosaka but no immediate follow up. Nagano's round again, but another close one. Why Kosaka did nothing for 90 seconds is a mystery

There is a REALLY good boxer in Kosaka...but the activity and conviction is missing, shame as he has some lovely traits. His shots have taken their toll on Nagano who now has a bloodied nose, but his lack of fire is costing him rounds.

Round 5-Better for Kosaka as Nagano's out put and work rate drops off, he seems wary of the counters...and speaking of which...a straight right hand counter tags him hard, poor round overall though.

Also RIP Hayabusa, sad to learn of his passing during that round v_v
