In order to get a rematch you have to earn it. Solis didn't earn jack ****. People who claim Solis, who was knocked down, was winning the round are off their rockers.

 

I don't get what is up with the HW division??:huh Why is it you get a title shot, and you still come in fat and clumsy??? (IE: Arreola, Solis etc.) Its an opportunity of a life time, a title shot and still.....atsch What is it going to take for a HW challenger/contender to come in, in shape, trained, hungry and motivated to win??.....

Is it that they have given up hope and say "**** it, I am gonna lose anyways might as well take a relaxed training camp.??"

Seriously, who cares whether he was winning the round or not? VK had not got into his rhythm, he'd barely got out of first gear, are we to believe Solis goes on to to win the fight based on what he was doing in round 1?

 

key word being was, not one person is disputing the fact that Vitali won the fight but he only landed a few jabs through the guard and a few shots downstairs opposed to Solis landing the more clean effective blows, clear round to Solis up until the Knockdown:good

 

It had all the making of a decent scrap tbf, its all built on if's and but's though, i believe Solis was winning the round up until that point, i think its a big subject because Vitali looked anything from unbeatable in that 1st round. But who can judge what is going to happen after one round in that fight, Vitali may well have gone on to find some extra gears to stop Solis, maybe Solis would have found a new level and outpointed Vitali.
