The Ghanaian is sporting Predator braids, each thicker and longer than a horse dong.

 

Vargas looks a bit soft, ill-defined. I'm trying to remember if he always does. :think

 

As they touch gloves and listen to Jay Nady's final instructions, you can't help but notice that Narh is quite a lot bigger...

Not just taller, but with broader shoulders and the more imposing frame. They don't look the same class.

 

Round 1

Jabs by Narh, caught on the forearms. Vargas is covering up and waiting. 1-2s by Narh. Vargas rolls to his left and tries a hook on the waistband. Narh jabs between his gloves from outside. Big right hand by Vargas diving in past the jab. Check jab by Narh. BIG left hook swiped by Vargas, just missing as Narh pulls straight back from an exchange. Vargas picks Narh up and deposits him on the ground in a tackle. Nady warns him. 1-2 by Narh. HUGE counter left hook on the temple by Vargas. Narh walks through it and ties up. Jab to the chest by Vargas. Jab on the chin by Vargas. They circle in close and Narh is going to the body, bending over and giving up his height. Vargas turns him and hooks him on the chin. One more massive left hook landing loudly on Narh's face and they clinch before the bell.

Round 2

Vargas is drawing the 1-2 from Narh by tipping himself inside with jabs to the body, then yanking out and slamming down with left hooks. Right hand falling in by Vargas. Jabs by Narh, flapping the right hand down across Vargas' back as he bows. Lots of clinching and jerking of arms, incidental elbows into the ribs etc. Nady doesn't like it. He tries ordering both to stop holding. Right hand in the clinch by Vargas. Nady is desperately trying to establish control. Jab to the body by Vargas. Narh turns his back and Vargas gets a right hand on his dreads. Narh lands some 1-2s under the guard and atop Vargas' head as he leans down and defends his face. Jabs from outside by Narh, staying at a safe distance.

Round 3

Vargas is leaning over and letting Narh catch him with the 1-2, turning his head with it, then straightening up with left hooks and chopping rights. Robert Alcazar is shouting from ringside, wanting him to stop remaining shelled up and dictate the pace more. Vargas is landing one big shot at a time after letting Narh flurry on him and blocking or slipping with mixed success at mid-range. HUGE 1-2 by Narh, propelling himself in past Vargas' jab. Another flurry by Narh.

Round 4

Vargas is warned by Nady for holding and hitting in the opening ten seconds. Vargas lands some overhand rights and then hooks the body. He goes back to the overhand right but unfortunately has left his left wrist clutching Narh's waist, prompting Nady to scream in Vargas' ear "YOU'RE HOLDING!". They bump heads on the inside as they scrap. Left hook by Vargas, scraping the chest of Narh as he jumps out and fires a pair of uppercuts. Left hook, right hand by Narh. Double left hook to the body by Narh. Overhand right by Vargas, fighting his way off the ropes now. Left hooks and uppercuts by Narh, sticking close to Vargas. They lean together, shoulders grinding. Nady splits them. Jab to the face by Vargas. Narh 1-2 gets stuffed as his head is snapped back by the jab. Uppercuts by Vargas. Hooks and straight rights by Narh. Uppercut and overhand by Narh, shuffling his feet to keep up as Vargas turns him. 1-2 by Vargas. Clinch.

Round 5

Vargas misses a jab as Narh ducks and pecks his own at Vargas' stomach. Brief clinch. Narh walks into a jab as Vargas coasts in reverse. Hook, right hook by Narh, landing on the sides of Vargas' head as he blinks and raises his gloves ineffectually to catch them a moment too late. Narh is walking Vargas down with the jab and has bloodied his nose. Vargas is changing directions, circling, keeping his gloves halfway up, neither in position to block face punches nor keeping out Narh's jab to the body. A few jabs by Vargas backing up but he looks uncomfortable. Vargas is inching away, now running along the ropes as Narh walks him down, throwing hard double jabs. Hook and uppercut combo by Narh catching up to Vargas, working to body and head in clusters of five to six per burst. Vargas is backed up by a 1-2 and dives into a headlock.

Round 6

Vargas is taking jabs on the nose and picking some off with his right glove, head flinching back. Vargas reaches out with a high left hook. Narh shoves his way inside and roughs Vargas up against the ropes landing uppercuts on his body. FLUSH left hook by Narh. Vargas is tentative on the outside as Narh weaves side to side with his guard up and then shoots inside with sharp left jabs. Jab and swooping uppercut combos by Narh, backing Vargas nearly into the ropes. Vargas circles away, remaining shy offensively. Vargas ties up. Nady splits them. Narh is coming forward with jabs and uppercuts to the body, the latter not really connecting. BIG counter left hook thrown blindly overhead by Vargas. Narh ducks a 1-2 and Vargas winds up behind him, accidentally mounting him from behind.

Round 7

Vargas is waiting on the outside, pushing his palms out to intercept what he can. Narh steps in and finds him with the sharp jab. Left hook by Narh. Combination leaning in by Narh. Vargas simply isn't throwing back. Vargas covers up and gets pushed around the ring. Finally with half a minute left Vargas gets in one left hook and misses his follow-up right. Narh ducks a 1-2 andholds onto Vargas' waist. They let go of each other and Narh thumps an uppercut into Vargas' belly.
