    Round 8

Navarro is throwing a plethora of hooks and guillotines to the head and body, but Gonzalez is stepping back and putting his gloves up. Navarro's shots are being caught, and Gonzalez is firing back and landing with his wide and soft right hands to the jaw. Navarro with some nice plugs to the body. Gonzalez is pushed into a corner. Left hook by Navarro, busy, busy, busy. Gonzalez tries to push his head down, and then misses a lazy flurry as Navarro backs up. Navarro moves back in and lands a chopping jab and right hand. Gonzalez leans forward into range and Navarro lands several light shots, all wide and looping. Gonzalez is cut on both eyebrows now. Navarro just unloads on him!!

    10-9 Navarro

    77-75 Gonzalez

I could see a couple of my Gonzalez rounds swinging the other way to give the underdog (and constant aggressor) the narrow win, definitely...but 80-72 Navarro? :blood Even 79-73?

    :-(

Doesn't seem that way. Sounds like it was fun to watch though.
