Big right by Cristobal. Caballero gets outside, hopping on his toes and actually clearing the canvas by a few inches, getting vertical. Caballero seems to be energizing himself. Caballero lingers on the outside, circling wide as he shores up his strength. Cristobal meanwhile marches right up and shoves him against the ropes. They trade body shots. Left hooks to the face by Cristobal, just pawing and not damaging but landing nonetheless. Cristobal pushes him back to the ropes again, and Caballero pops him with a hard right uppercut. 1-2 by Caballero and he pulls his hands back low, BIG MISTAKE!!! Caballero caught with a MASSIVE LEFT HOOK. They trade a bit more inside, and Caballero lands a perfect 1-2, sending his man literally flying backward across the ring as though in a kung fu movie.. Cristobal is on his ass under the bottom rope, looking over at his corner in disbelief. He seems like he might even be OK to go on but the referee doesn't even let him take his feet, waving it off.

Cristobal doesn't protest much and eagerly accepts the bottle of water and words of consolation offered by his corner.

Caballero interview.

He says he's been working on improving his Spanish for his cross-market appeal (totally a GBP product ). He drops a phrase to show off (although most of his answers are in English).

He says he scouted Cristobal and knew he'd be a tough out, and that he planned to go for the kill in the late rounds once Cristobal had begun to tire.

He says he'll fight whoever Cameron Dunkin and GBP put in front of him.

He shouts out to his fans in Nicaragua and the US.
