if youre serious about wanting to fight then I would only do the one on one training. in the group training you will just pick up bad habits that will have to be corrected in the one on one sessions.

I started the 1 on 1 lessons the day after making the topic, it's going pretty good, the way the coach does it, is when i'm done the 10 one on one's i'm start group classes, and do 1 on ones a few times a month to strengthen what I'm learning. The group lessons are smaller usually only 2 or 3 guys in there at a time.

The punching gym is California Boxing Academia in Ardmore PA, I decided this gym because it's the nearest one to me, and this sept they are starting a second place basically 2 moments from my home. The instructor has 48 years punching instructor experience

Hey Destin, Washington Boxing Academy has a location in Ardmore and one in King of Prussia (the one I go to) How much does your membership cost? Washington boxing academy has pretty good prices and the trainer knows what he's doing.

Today I got in the run with a more experienced boxer and had to try to hit him but he couldn't hit me. Totally new animal, I was gassed in about 1 minute, and went on for 2 more some how. HE WASNT EVEN HITTING ME! hah I gotta work on conditioning. I got some good advice from the kid I was sparring too, told me I was standing to tall (he had 3-4 inches on me, also told me I had a pretty good straight right for a noobie, made me feel good haha
