Interesting that there were people picking Conn. At the time, Louis's level of activity as champion was unprecedented, and some people expected it to catch up with him soon. In hindsight some of Louis's best performances came after this fight, and he was probably as dangerous as he ever was! Louis Nova, Louis Baer II, and Louis Simon II, were all very fine performances.
