It's my first time going to London to watch boxing.

Anyone got any good hotel/ hostel recommendations which are central but also easy enough to get to and from the O2 from?

Also would any place be showing the Hopkins/ Pascal place that night? I'm guessing not.

Depends on if you want a named place like a Travelodge, Premier Inn etc, or if you're happy enough with a general hotel / B & B, either way, you've got lots of choice as the Venue is easy to get to from all over, although if you're staying away from the Dome, then I'd suggest staying East as the last Jubilee train heading to Stratford will be a lot later than the last Jubliee train heading into London.

Have a look on Lastminute.com and their secret hotels - they always have loads in Canary Wharf which is a stop or two away from the 02. Usually they have four star hotels for about 60 quid which for London is great

There's a **** load of hotel options, it all depends on how much you want to spend. The Sports Cafe on Haymarket (Piccadilly Circus/Charing Cross) will almost certainly be showing Hopkins v Pascal.

Cheers Doyley. I'll try and persuade my mates to head over there after the fight.

I'll try that sports cafe, would be good if it was open late enough to show the fight as I reckon it's going to be a good one.

My budget isn't a lot so we're probably going to just go for a hostel somewhere. Was having a look at hostelworld and there was certainly plenty choices.

    Nightmare, forgot about Hopkins.

    Bussing it up and back.

Hopefully I will be fine, bill should be done by about midnight shouldn't it?

    Be home by three.

Or, **** the bus off and stay over :think

Row D, I'm hoping the row letters run from bottom to top of the block rather than the other way around!!

I'm personally hoping Jerome Wilson is boxing on this show. I saw him on the Undercard of the Haye/ Harrison fight and he was great. His KO in that fight got voted 4th best domestic KO of 2010.
