https://youtu.be/amCKjimW478* This was a fight I had which went the distance I won. ^^^ https://youtu.be/z-6Gxj74e40 This was a KO win. ^^^* https://youtu.be/JCHhhEazRuA This is a video of me on the pads last week.^^^* I'm thinking of training hard again and taking it seriously again next year. I have quite a good knowledge technically and can notice mistakes I'm making but if you see any let me know.* Constructive comments only please. Posted this in training forum but I got some bs criticism from know nothings. Like I say I'm not saying I'm the best or anything but this is some of my stuff I'm still improving.
Nice skills decent power and speed for a big dude. Sit on the hook to the body and bit more and swap your shoulders and you could drop alot of guys with a left hook to the body.
I've spoken to a good trainer who's trained a former British champion from my area and he is interested in taking me pro if I knuckle down and be serious. Spoke to an ok promoter not a big time one but you have to start somewhere.
Cheers mate I know I'm making a few mistakes here and there but when I'm fit and I work hard in the gym as long as my defense is tight I'm usually ok. I've knocked a few out decent power. Fought a few who have turned pro as well. Think that is what I might need to get me motivated again. I've boxed amateur and unlicensed against some of the best from all over the UK considering how experienced I am.
Look good mate, only thing I'd say is you could move down a few divisions, don't know what your current weight is but depending on your height I'd say you look like you could make smw/lhw if you got cut up. Would improve your speed, and power would be more pronounced in a lower weight class.
I'm about 17 and a half stone in these videos I would say my best weight is 16 or 16 and a half when I'm really dedicated. I will try to put another video up soon of me against Danny Fleary amateur fight. I lost that one on points but it was a real tear up. He went pro and boxed Anthony Joshua ' cousin Ben Ileyeme and Jack Massey who are both ABA champions they gave him a draw and a loss when he should have won both. Underrated fighter him and a really nice bloke as well.
Yeah thanks mate. I'm about 245lbs in these videos so I think LHW/SMW might be hard but I have thought about cruiserweight which is what I would discuss with my trainer if I did decide to turn pro.
good to see someone who actually has proof that they have boxed on this forum. unlike some fantasist who's whole life is boxing yet is scared to fight
