I can generally hip thrust repeatedly for 30 or so minutes when in the company of a sexy lady...

My personal best in over 2hours give or take...

As for bench and squats im crap..

I'd love to see this. Post a video? Curling more than 100kg? I've never seen anyone do a legit arm curl with more than 50kg. By legit i mean your body doesn't move at all. Example of this - [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjguc6o-6nY&feature=related[/ame], not an arm curl.

You wanna try some PEDs out. Viagra as far as I'm aware isn't illegal for boxing. I can train for days on end with them :bbb

When I was 70kg I maxed out at 265lbs having warmed up by doing 6x80kg, 4x90kg, 2x100kg and then I started doing 1 or 2 reps upwards.

I've done 25 chin ups. 100 push ups. Curled 24/26kg in each arm.

I've not stayed consistent with anything to maximise my potential. Even when I benched 265 i hadn't benched for a couple of months and never tried to max out before.

I know I'm incredibly strong just from gauging my strength in comparison to others.

At present I'm 80kg and I use 14kg to do all exercises. I haven't been training for a while so a few months ago I got back into it using 10kg and moving up. I'll stop when I get back to 20kg as that should give me a good overall size.

ps - i need to lose a good 5kg that has found a home on my stomach.

I'd need a video to believe that. A 225lb curl is ridiculous.

225lbs is almost twice as heavy as 55kg.

Kind of like that, but I put my ring fingers on the rings on the straight bar, so my grip is a little wider, plus it's harder that way. If I had a video, I would post it, infact, I'll try my best to one up for you guys to see. It's not gonna be anytime soon but when I get a video, Ill post it.
