    There is film of Dempsey-Miske, but only the opening seconds from what I have seen.

    I have found fight footage from Dempsey-Miske, though not much, in excess of what has already been commonly seen.

    And to answer your question Greb weighed more than Flowers in their first championship fight (the photo you show is a weigh in pic from that fight). However in the second fight Flowers weighed more than Greb.
