Sore losers were very much expected, some people already had an issue with Khan when they heard his name, so no ring performance will erase their intolerance. But regarding the glass jaw community, they should be banned, simple as that.

 

So called 'fans' really need to just leave the hate behind and enjoy a great fight. Both men fought well last night, Khan proved he has the chin (Which was the serious doubt) to hang with the best at 140. Let's just see Bradley-Alexander and then a unification with the winner and Khan. That is what boxing is about!

After that performance you cannot have a go at him due to the fact he as took punches that we never knew he could. You have to respect his tainer and conditioning coach as well as himself for showing bottle to by taking the shots and want to stand toe to toe.

 

wait until fight someone who knows how to put there punches together with power ,Kahn was seconds away from being stopped.

 

Khan was out of it walking to his corner at the end of the 10th, Maidana had 6 minutes to knock him out, but couldn't do it. Great heart and will to win from Khan.

 

I had a tenner on Maidana KO because I just felt he would land at some point , the smart money was Khan on points, thing is, it really proved to be the 50/50 pick-em fight it was billed as, and I give massive credit to Khan for coming through that and getting the victory. Those who had their money on Khan points win must've been shitting themselves and surely felt their money was lost from round 10 on.

Everyone's a winner here, boxing is a winner because nobody expected it to be as good as it was, the body-shot in round one by Khan was a peach of a shot, perfect and credit must go to Maidana for getting up from that and taking a few flush shots himself before going on the rampage late.

to be fair according to polls around here not many people gave maidana a chance.

 

A tenner at least it was not fifty. Good fight but khan last night aftyer looking in trouble came back and negoiated the last two rounds relatively comfortbaly and nearly took him out at end of round 12

 

Not only that but you could make a very good argument for him winning the 11th on the backfoot with his quick combos, and he stood his ground and fired back with several hard shots of his own in the last seconds of the 12th.

How anyone can say Khan has a "bad" chin now is astounding to me.

 

Not a fan of either fighter and not impressed by kahn at all...he was damaged and on survival mode for most of the second half of the fight where his punch output simply just droped and the fight should have been stopped in the 10th...just my 2 cents(FlameSuitOn)
