Pacquiao was actually 151 with Clottey

 

Pac or Mayweather fighting Martinez would show more about Pac or Mayweather skills, talent and ability then they would show about Martinez skills, talent, and ability.

 

You know, there are a few fundamental problems with your complaints

1: Pacquiao claims he is an "8 weight world champion". If you are a legitimate world champion at a weight, you don't refuse to fight the bigger guys in the division, as they have a chance of beating you

2: A lot of people claim "Pacquiao has no challenges, and is unbeatable". That's fundamentally not true. He just doesn't want to take on the challenges

3: When Floyd fought De la Hoya, I'm more than certain the in ring weight differential was 23 pounds. And he never even mentioned the fact until 4 years after the fight had ended.

When he had the controversial decision, he could have blamed the weight, and highlighted how heavy Oscar was. He never did. And only mentioned it in an interview years later.

What I'm saying is, if you want to fight at 154, you fight at 154, and take the concequences of that.

If you're not good enough, shut your yap, and fight guys your own size

 

Hey you got the weights wrong for Floyd (he's smaller than you state), but for once I agree with you. Once I saw Martinez come in at 170 in his last fight I knew his chances of fighting Floyd and Pac were gone

 

Your contradicting yourself now. There is only a 5lb difference between Sergio and Margo on fight night weights which is secondary the main thing is that they come in at the weight they agree to at the weigh in.
If Manny wants to come in 200lbs fightnight that is up to him. The weigh in the day before is what counts you know that that the extra weight come fightnight has its pros and cons you should know that too stop making excuses.

After Pavlik beat Taylor the first thing he did was move up to a higher weight, at Jermain's request, and fight a rematch. Team Pavlik asked Martinez to do the same thing for Kelly that Kelly did for Jermain. Martinez/diBella refused to even discuss the idea.

In 2008 when Pavlik was looking for a big money fight, he moved up 2 divisions, and fought Hopkins. Kelly got his ass whooped, but that does not change the fact that he moved up for a money fight.

Martinez wants a money fight, so he keeps calling out guys who belong at 147 and 140. Martinez's very first official act as middleweight champ was to call out Mosely. The same Mosely who fought a draw with Mora who got his butt beat by Bryan Vera.

 

I thought Martinez and DiBella already said Pac is too small?

Btw, how come Floyd doesn't usually give his fight night weight?
