Somebody shut up that bbc Olympics commentator!

    I think it was on Radio 5 Live not all that long ago when one of his co commentators (Mike Costello I think) introduced him, in all seriousness, as Ronald MacDonald. Quickly apologised lol. Went something like "And now we go to Ronald MacDonald at ringside".

    I don't mind him actually. I mean he's so bad he's good value. The ridiculously long, unnecessary words plucked from his thesaurus and delivered awkwardly in his dumb ass voice just cracks me up every time. Done the tennis too. Pure entertainment lol.

    Just before the Boxing coverage started today, the BBC guy, don't know his name think he does some of the Football, said "If Joshua wins today he could go pro and then challenge the dominance of the Klitschkos!!!!"

    I turned over

    The only downside of the Games for me has been the BBCs commentator's commenting on sports they know nothing about!

    I'd never heard a commentator talk about "backhands" before these games. Seems to me every other fight they mentioned them.
