he has always said that he'd take 7 or 8 months off and develop into a proper heavyweight scientifically, rather than just eating a load of hamburgers and popping steroids.

if he shut up for 8 months there wouldn't be the backing for him to get a top ten opponent in november, and no one would know he was.

as for macca fighting before haye? as far as i know, macca will be fighting in the same weight class against a confidence boosting opponent (i.e. a journeyman with little chance of winning) and not a top ten ranked HW.
