Somebody tell me about Ralph Dupas

    I heard he had the same trainer as Willie Pastrano.Was he as slick as Pastrano or did he have a different style?

    Dupas was rated in the Top 10 by Ring Magazine in the Lightweight & Welterweight division from September 1953 to March 1965, for a total of 136 months.

    He was rated the #1 contender in the World at one time. He didn't have a punch BUT he never ducked anyone. He beat Giardello in 1961, BUT lost to Griffith twice, Robinson and Joe Brown.
