The big shots in round 2 lit a fire under Floyd's ass, and after that he knew what punch to look out for and counter.

    It's not rocket science folks.

well when your just swinging at air and getting tagged .. yeah that can make your pretty tired.

:-( Jezz there's more to boxing than just throwing punches.

Maybe he was gassed because he fought so tense. If you are every involved in any type of physical activity and you are tensed instead of relaxed you will burn yourself out. It didnt helped that he though he was gonna knock may out and was missing alot.

He was done when he fought Mayorga ...he was still taking HGH when he fought Margo.....Big question why it take him so long to fight another fight ...lots of WW out there..what people don't know is drugs leave your system completely after 6 months ....thats why he took this fight ...not a Mosley fan ,but look at the facts.

he was taking the EPO for a reason,he obviously has stamina issues.

Also he might of wasted a lot of energy on pre fight nerves.

He has been shot for a while, that margarito fight was an aberration.

Without the drugs he wouldnt of beaten delahoya and thats his only claim to fame really.

    Mayweather just too good.

    Let's cut to the chase.

Because he was clearly past his prime, suffering from the lay-off and therefore lacking conditioning.
Mainly because Mayweather was taking the play away from him by moving; he couldn't get off. I've said this at length before, but the short version is that Mosley is a brawler who wants somebody to come forward and give him opportunities to trade. He can't create those opportunities himself, as he doesn't have a jab or the necessary foot-speed to close the gap on Mayweather.

It's also because of the answer to the first question, and because Mayweather stacking up the rounds took its toll mentally; frustration set in and he just didn't have the same drive.

Come on, man. Mosley was as confident going into this as anybody was. He's been through it many times before. He's gone through much more torrid, nervy and adverse openings than that. And he didn't seize up.

I'm not taking anything away from Mayweather.

Didn't you see the pre-fight pic where Shane shows his kung-fu? He used all his chi in second round. After that was gone, master Floyd used piston fist style to obliterate the old master.

Tbh, I don't think Mosely's cardiovascular fitness was that good that night. He gassed out waaay too early, especially in a low-intensity fight with very few exchanges. What was really funny was that I thought Mayweather looked more ripped and muscular than Shane. I thought Mosely was going to be the fitter-looking guy but it was Floyd.

I hope PBF will bring his kung fu once he meets Pac, because Pac will surely bring his kung fu! :D

"Exhausted"? Please... An "exhausted" figter doesn't go another 10 rounds while being hit relatively comfortably.

Look at other Shane fights.. people thought he was gonna run out of gas against Margo after 5 or 6 because he looked "exhausted". But....

Exhaustion can easily be detected. If the fighter is already breathing through his mouth then he is already exhausted. Did Shane breath through his mouth in round 4?

Btw, it is logical to think that Shane is still not exhausted in round 2. You don't need an explanation, isn't it?
