    So Morales added the Silver title to his WBC International title?


    how long before the WBC adds a hardcore title?

    I remember when Bob Arum was on record criticizing the WBC for this whole Silver Title mess and the Chavez-Duddy bout was for a Silver title

    and Arum wound up paying the fee for the belt anyway
