    He is faster. I would say he is even with skill. He lacks the KO power though.

    He can't win by ko, he can't win by decision either because khan is the better boxer, paulie only has a left arm, he barely uses the right one.
    He is just chosen to make khan look good on his usa debut.
    I still think khan should have fought maidana, *****'s.
    Only way paulie wins is by a khan dq or a hometown robbery.
